It is the year of the official restart. Having archived the pandemic years, San Carlo S.p.A. accelerates. It begins the production of Fermento Vivenda, a fermented drink based on an exclusive recipe by Tuscan chef Michele Martinelli. The restaurant reopens. Guided tours of the park, accessible to all, begin in spring. The first cultural events are organized in the beautiful amphitheatre. And much more is yet to come!
