Healing with Acqua San Carlo
In the evocative setting of our Thermal Park, the mineral water treatments are now available: genuine therapeutic regimens that involve drinking San Carlo Water, directly drawn from our fountains, under close medical supervision and in accordance with established protocols and schedules.
Thanks to the extraordinary properties of San Carlo Water, these therapies are recommended for diuretic treatments and for the cure of urological conditions, as well as disorders affecting the urinary tract, just as they were almost a century ago. It was in fact 1931 when Dr Nicola Zonder obtained the concession for the use of the San Carlo® spring and, in the same year, founded the first spa dedicated to hydropinic cures.
HOW TO ACCESS TREATMENTS
To access treatment, a pre-authorization visit with the spa doctors is essential, by appointment. At that time, specialists assess any limitations and determine the amount of water to be taken and the duration of the course of treatment according to individual needs.
The doctors see patients three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm. Sessions take place every morning, from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm, with the option to continue treatments at home by purchasing bottles of Acqua San Carlo 1931 water.
